How do you pronounce COTR?

For my friends who are familiar with Contracting Officer Technical Representatives, how do you pronounce it? I was unsure till someone around here said it as "Koh-tar", which sounds quite suitable to me.

selenite? family_news? abovenyquist? (I presume you all use it at one time or another.)
