Well, crap

Ok, so I went off to New Zealand having asked my friend Daniel to see if he could find us an apartment for next year. He said he was thinking about going in with his former RA and another guy, but he'd see what he could find. Well, I talked to him today and he told me that he's signing a lease with a guy from his MCAT class he thinks will work well, rather than deal with the hassle of me being on the other side of the world.

So I've got no place to live next year when I get back. Damn.

On a totally unrelated subject, does anyone have a receipe for biscuts? People down here use the word to mean cookies, of course, and have no idea what we're thinking of. So I'd like to show them.
