Dreamwidth Question

I prefer to read my Friends List on LJ somewhat over my Reading page on Dreamwidth slightly because almost everything is crossposted, and on LJ I can see how many comments were are on LJ and on the DW post. On DW I can see comments on the DW post and also that it was posted on LJ but not if there are any comments over there. This is particularly useful to know when I am trying to keep track of all of the comments made on someone else's post and so it is useful to know if there is a new one.

Any ideas on how to make this easier on DW?
